There are drawings of some GTA characters in front of (to the left) the Cluckin' Bell in Algonquin. I'm not too big on GTA, but one of them is a gang member from SA (yellow bandanna Hispanic dudes).

 

Edit: I believe they are posted as caricatures for sale on the street.

 

In addition, there are pictures of the Statue of Liberty.
