You could try doing what I did which was simply to put the ps3 ip address in a DMZ and it worked after that, I had to search because I so wanted to play then I finally found something that worked after f*cking with my router for hours all it took was a few simple steps all along by searching youtube but it might not be safe or something I don't know, all I know is that it should work maybe.

 

You can find ip address of ps3 in the network info I think then just type the last number into the box on the router page where you enable dmz.

Just make sure you give the ps3 a static ip before setting up the DMZ. Check portforwarding.com

 

My router is pretty easy going, enable upnp on the router and ps3 > nat1 all the time AKA 90% host in black ops

Another Turf Wars Thursday, another disconnection. RDR is lonely on Thursdays...

Good games. Although I must say that I miss some veteran hunters. I blocked some turfs tonight and I was almost never in danger. Back in the days no spot was too safe.

On the other hand it's full of deadly shooters out there.

I think my shooting's starting to get there, it's alot harder than I thought it would be transitioning from RDR but I'm starting to pull of more and more kills. I went nuts when I finally managed to bring down Scar tonight in a 1v1, I know I shouldn't brag but he kicks the sh*te out of me every week haha. Bring on the DTW cup! I'm really starting to see the usefulness of ghosting, especially with DTW rules.. Doc, that spot you had is pure genius haha when you "emerged" my jaw dropped

I was in a team that won all games, with big advantage, i had mez on the mic and mafi in good shape and some other valuable players that knows what to do.

REX found me few times with the yelling trick, when the character starts to swar in another way means the enemy is so close..

A lot of people knows how to get on that roof but still nobody knows how to get on my roof.

I call it the leap of faith spot.

It's originally a cap's spot. Only Ben and Twind know about it.

The [email protected] spot was pretty obvious once I said in chat "I'm on ground". I was bored lol

I still got a ground spot in that turf. I call it nASH's spot. Used it by notoriousASH.

That's pretty much never been used.

Well, my connectivity is once again out of whack. I thought that setting my router to RDR settings would be good for GTA too...I guessed wrong.

 

Was so bad, I couldn't even type in chat. Took me 90 seconds to type my 'goodby and ggs' message cuz i didn't want folks thinkin I was bein an ass.

 

Will have to reexamine my connection before DTW starts.

 

I DID manage to kill IKK a cpl times, which is more than I EVER do in RDR...lmao

 

My shooting skillz are for sh*t these days tho...

Thanks to marco to inviting me to the chat (after most people left) you were using. I was chatting to myself in the TW chat. Doc then later chrisD came into that one but when I asked them something, I got no response. Hey at least I got invited to the games tho so no complains here

It's because it was an old chat that was used before so most people already had it in their ps3 to use and I didn't even realise you wasn't in it or had invitition to chat, Taso even spoke to you but you wasn't there lol.

It was fun playing turf wars with you people, when you play with random people it's just boring but playing together is just fun and I really look forward to Dangerously playing the cup.

You can sign in as a HG, look for time and matches and post your availability (right spell??lol) so teams can see if they need you as a HG.
