That was quite amazing. At the last money deliver we were completely tied in money (never happened in almost two years of this topic) so the win was decided by corpse money gained in the last 27 seconds. I ran to mid turf and saw leroy in the corner of the building, I shot a rocket hoping to get him in time but I missed. Two seconds later he kills two guys grabs the money and secure the win. Unbelievable.

i got spowned in mid turf after your rpg kill in the garage turf, actually what is used to be "mid" turf, finn and somebody else were trying to gain our turf and i cleared them and picked the money, also somebody else from our team in last seconds... great battle all the 20 min..

 

a war should be started after one of this in DTW

Yes, always AA OFF and blips on Team or None.

some pretty good games last night though i could use more practice with aa off.

shame there were only 8 players but i was lucky enough to be on winning team for the 3 tw we played.

Really funny games last nite, even though I was only in 2 or three matches. Thet match in Algonquin was tooooo funny! I was chasing for Riko on the midturf all the time and even got him in his supertight hiding spot, but he got me back twice from an almost impossible angle on the roof!

 

I need to be on GTA more often. A shame really that there's no TWs in the Episodes MP side!

I wanted to play but couldn't because once again connection issue, it seems to happen most when I play with people but usually fine So in the end I never signed back in so I thought I'd just go.

It must be really frustrating for you Marco. Have you thought of a new router/finding out if you're ISP will provide 2 IP addresses? Or even better, bypassing router directly to modem? 50ft cable and a drill should sort ya out...

 

Seriously though, your racing is missed in these events. Need someone else to knock the MPM boyos back.

 

If you can find out if your ISP will allow more than one IP, LMK as I have a 'spare' ethernet switch. Would let you have it cheap...

Well everything I have is new: new router (netgear), modem, with 10mbps speed and usually connection is fine, I don't know why it's so inconsistant. I don't know nothing about connections and stuff, I guess when we had the new internet installed it should have been in my bedroom not all the way downstairs in the lounge so I'll just have to live with it.

We were just 8 players (no randoms joined) but I can assure you that you premiered in the topic vs some of the mofo veterans.

Good matches indeed. We'll play more next Thursday.

Btw if you are interested also in racing you can join the GTAF Race LB. We'll be racing during the weekend.

 

@ leroy: you chose to be ghost so it might have been boring... I decided to go for active defense and had some crazy encounters during the 3 matches

I didn't noticed your lag too Shark. Right doc i was ghosting, the thing i can do best, but last thursday was more fun in epic battles on different turfs. I had few rambos in a team and let them do what they do best... Joe's 22 kills were awesome..

Yeah that game was ridiculous, too many buildings with too many stairs.

then you sprinted through the door and got clipped by a shotgun and you were like "i knew that was coming, unlucky." (they may not have been your exact words but nevermind)

 

i stayed on that roof as well after that and i was hiding behind a wall. then Doc ran past me and i was trying to fire at him and my guy kept wall confusing and he was all "i'd like to shot but there's a wall so i can't aim my gun because i've got white pants on." then my white pants gave me away and i died in the hand of Doc.

(prefer weapons to be standard or all just not powerful because of RPGS).

 

I usually just play Cops N Crooks, but have always mixed in a bit of Turf War, problem is though its difficult to find a decent match, because teams usually end up unequal, or noobs start acting as if its free mode by not bothering to play.

I usually have to update it every time I go online. Two weeks inactive and I delete a player.

I usually have always some new racer or turf warrior and at the same time I have to keep all the D12 + Brigade + all LB active Drivers + friends and relatives (I deleted even my nephew a bunch of times lol). And always below 50 names.

Can't believe I've just found this! Turf War is one of the best GTA modes, but I haven't had one decent game, due to a bad crowd or no crowd at all. I'd like to try one of these sessions. I'll look this up and contact you later, doc.
