Last night was fun. If I find a bit of time I'll post scores.

We were around 9 players. Not bad.

We played a couple of match with randoms and some private ones.

We played two matches of the MID TURFS BATTLE TW.

Even though we weren't many I had a lot of fun in the new mode (died a lot!).

Basically in both matches (Dukes and Bohan), there was only one mid turf.

In Dukes the Russian team just pwned us. We got at the turf first but then they gained it and kept it almost till the end.

In Bohan the Russians kept the turf for 10 minutes with Twind sniping everyone.

But the Jamaicans came back and got the turf 10 minutes to the end and defended it till the very last seconds and won by a few bucks. Epic battle.

With more people and more mid turfs I'm sure that this mode can be very entertaining.

I mean, I had fun even sieging Fort Knox, it's very challenging.

In terms of strategy and tactics a team can really plan some good moves in this kind of mode.

Snipers, blockers, attackers can all have a part in the action.

Very tactical mode.

We didn't test the CASTLE SIEGE cause basically with one mid turf is what we played in the other two matches.

Tbh it's very hard to get a turf when an entire team is defending it. So I'm sure that CASTLE SIEGE can work. Maybe as a 10 minutes match. Either you gain the turf and win or you lose it and... lose.

It could work this way.

Hopefully we'll have more people next Thursday and if people's interest grow I might consider the option of relaunching a brand new DTW CUP that will include the new modes together with the classic one.

Only sometime near the summer though...

I'll be there to try a few TW's, but i don't think i'll be in for the extra event, theres a BoGT live stream by rockstar for 3 hours starting 21 GMT, so i wanna catch at least the last hour and watch it a bit as i with the PS3 cannot play it...

That was some great fun for me tonight, got 2nd most captures and kills twice we finished, but its too late for me now, school early morning, so sleepy sleepy.

 

Was great fun, gonna do it again next time.

That was really weird!

 

Great battles and some "crazy" moments, like in ol"times!!

 

My friend was lookin first few games and he couldnt belive that we had real war in virtual city!!

 

EX: like I told you, he didnt sayed and "hard" words belive me. He was just angry about you Was like ..."Oh this Explicitmo, hi is killin me all the time..show up your ass Explicitmo...and Ex shows his ass, kill Micho..so he was angry even more He was ofended in race too but I explained him that he dont have reason to be childish in his 30"s
