I understand that I need to be friends with everyone over 90% like. I have Dwanye on my friends list but I haven't done a single activity with him and everytime I call him, it goes straight to voicemail. Is there something I must do so that I can take him on an activity? I'm using the xbox 360 version and I let his ex gf live if that helps. I also bump into her once randomly in the city.
