sinnerboy Posted May 6, 2008 Share Posted May 6, 2008 No you should be fine. Theres a date of manufacture on the back. If its before a certain date they should do it for free. If not you'll be charged €50 for the repair and €50 for shipping. I sent mine back and they sent me a new one for free. Just phone them and ask. Sockeh Posted May 7, 2008 Share Posted May 7, 2008 The girlfriend and i had a massive problem trying to get out Xbox fixed the other week. Because the RROD weren't continuous microsoft said they couldnt do anything, and the people we had the warranty with said they couldnt do anything. Hey, dont mind the fact that there was no picture, don't mind the fact the cd tray wouldnt even open, dont mind the fact that the RROD were on 95% of the time.
