Freezing when leaving multiplayer lobby

Don't see anything regarding this issue. I've had this several times, no other problems. Back out of the lobby and it freezes on the loading screen after about 20secs.

 

360 version.

ok this means that you system does not have enough memory to substain switches

 

to increase this, just either take out ur HDD or delete ur cache by:

 

Turn on your Xbox 360.

Scroll across to the system tab and select the storage devices option.

Highlight the hard drive option (it should say "Hard Drive, 12 GB free", for example).

Enter the following button sequence: Y, X, X, LB, RB, X, X. The following message should appear: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?"

Select "Yes".

Restart your console. You have now cleared your hard drive cache and your Xbox 360 should run faster and have improved game-play on certain games (The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Halo 3, or other games).
