Remember sliding across the hood

Can anyone remember (in the original GTA) when getting into a car on the passengers side you slid across the bonnet?

I'd love to see this little piece of eye candy added to a 3d version of the game in the future.

For me, it would be the icing on an exceedingly good cake!

And for the reactionary amongst us, I know what you're thinking.....

Don't think that

So I'm not the only one who wants to re-live my youth spent watching Dukes of Hazard and Starsky and Hutch.

The 'Dukes' car in the game has to be a '68/'69 Dodge Charger. Now all we need is one guy sliding across the hood and the other climbing in the window.

Is there a Ford Torino lurking somewhere too?

That would be cool, Much more appealing that getting in the passenger side and hopping seats... smile.gif

If only.

I think the GTA engine would work a treat for the Dark Knight though. The city, the vehicles, Ertha Kitt!

PS: Could a video game adequately convey the general level of campness needed for the TV version of Batman?
