Hey guys , just been hunting more specifically for this Eddie Low , and I uncovered a bit of info

 

If you go onto the ingame interwebz you can go on libertycitypolice.com you can go onto Eddie Low's criminal records and it says the following;

 

Surname : Low

First Name: Eddie

Age: 32

Place of Birth: San Fierro (San Andreas reference )

Affliations: N/A

Criminal Records: 1985 Animal Cruelty

1990 Exposure of a Person

1995 Public Lewdness

Notes: Possible Sex Offender

Arrested several times for exposing himself to Men in parks and masturbating in Public Places

 

and if you search for him on the Police Database it says his location is unknown

 

Plus if you go on whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com some of the posts are posted by Eddie

Ive made a topic about this - ITS NOT THE SERIAL KILLER BY THE WAY

 

I, myself have not seen the infamous ratman. But evidence suggests to me and many others on this and different forums that there is a ratman in the subway system.

 

On the radio, can't remember which one, it said something about a rat like creature in the darkest parts of the tunnels. Also, while walking around, i heard a random ped conversation that went something like this "hey... u be down in the subway lately... theres some scary sh*t creature down there". Something like that.

 

I've seen this on other forums and even found it is being investigated by some 'Myth Busters'

 

It could be real, I have heard squeaking in the tunnels myself. If ur driving down there be sure to turn off ur radio. U can hear it yell, "I AM THE RATMAN" then, reportedly, it runs off really fast. Some say it is smaller than a ped, others say it has a snout, alot of hair and a tail. An online match (not involving me) involved 3 people racing in the subway on motorbikes and encountering the creature, it ran off and escaped the motorbikes...

 

if any1 finds something else out about this myth eg pics, videos, encounters, other forums

or knows of other myths (not the whale - thats annoying) feel free to add replies.

here's on for you to investigate:

 

 

in one of the fire stations (it might be an old abandoned one) you will find ECTO1 from the movie ghostbusters

(remember how in the movie set in NY they took over an old fire station for their HQ).

 

anyway, if you jack it you can activate 'busting missions' in the same way as the taxi, vigilante etc missions, except you have to catch ghosts.

 

good luck finding that one!

Supposedly people have been seeing a Shark Fin as well...... I havent seen it but there was a thread in here not to far back talking about a guy seeing it.

i saw a video of Niko swimming with three red shapes swimming around him and creepy music going on, its on youtube somwhere

His location(1st encounter):

 

His name is Eddie low.He'll be right opposite Autoeroticar, on the western side of alderly He's wearing a blue shirt, and carrying a big track bag in his hand. I am not sure about this but I think he only appears there during the night(at least thats when I met him).

 

What he asks you to do:

 

BTW he's actually carrying a dead body that has been chopped up in that bag. In this first encounter he'll request you to help him dispose the bag at a pier.

 

His location(2nd encounter):

 

You will meet him again ,just a few streets southeast of the first encounter( during nighttime)

 

What happens:

 

This time, you get pissed with him and tell him hes not cool and that he doesn't fit into society or something. This freaks him out and he pulls out a knife to attack you. Be ready with a weapon.

 

On the News:

 

On the next day, if you go to the liberty tree website, it will state that the serial killer has been found dead along with more details. You can also hear the same on weazle news.

 

now that the serial killer issue has been sorted out, lets get back to the MYTHS.

Apprently, if you land yourself on the pedestal base of the Statue of Happiness (as in where it's feet are, not the very bottom of the statue), theres a plaque somewhere that says "No hidden content in here" (just like on the bridge in San Fierro) and a door next to it, which you cant open but you can just "walk" through it, ghost-style, in a sense, and inside there should be a big beating heart held up with chains. Haven't tried it myself, read that on Kotaku.

Yeah, here's the URL. You can tell from the seagull sounds that the music is in-game. The player claims that Niko eventually dies if in the water too long, but whether this is from the "sharks" or from fatigue is unknown.
