Brian is the first random character you encounter. This first time you see him he talks smack then hands you 100 bucks. Second time you see him you take him to get this huge rock. YAY! hes got his rock now hes supposed to be downtown...thats all it says in the strategy guide ive been in and out backwards and forwards downtown. and he is nowhere to be found. is there a certain mission to complete so you can find him.
