Comedian tells joke about alleged dog sighting

i used search and didnt see this pointed out.

 

around the first trailer,someone said they seen a dog ,but it turned out to be just a short person.Today i was playing gta and went to chill with packie to see a comedy show where **SPOILER SPOILER katt williams SPOILER **told a joke about there not being any dogs,and someone thinking they seen a dog.

So because someone thought a short guy was a dog and someone in the game said something about dogs there has to be one now?

 

I could have confused that short person as a kid and then heard someone saying something about a kid on the street and omg there has to be a kid in the game.

...you obviously read my post wrong,i was simply pointing out that he made a joke about it (adding to the theory that R* does watch some forums),and i even said that he said that there are no dogs.Please read carefully next time.
