They do pick up people not knowing they don't have insurance, it makes the hospitals lose money. But I will take it because we still make some f*cking medical advancements and I can schedule my arm surgery for next month if I want instead of next year. Get over yourselves. Clearly you want to be American but can't so you bash it. It is Okay. Canada is nice but it is too cold. Yea gotta agree with you, I'm British and every thread turning into a "Lol$ 4m3ri<4 $uck$" gets very tiresome. But half of the yanks believing that "Everyone wants to be American" really reinforces the negative stereotypes people have of you. Anyhow back on subject, the Paramedics are the craziest drivers in the whole game. I once smacked down someone infront of an ATM and a ambulance screamed round the corner to help him and ran down about 5 people on the way. I am not saying everyone wants to be American, a lot of Americans wish they weren't American. Only the people who continuously bash it secretly want to be. It is like when some SMOKING hott chick has a boyfriend, you bash him. Why? You wish you were banging that. Similar thing. That and i think a lot of people here are insecure. However R* has done a great job in showing American stereotypes in their games and they make some funny swipes at us Yanks in these series. In reality Its just that many Americans are brought up to believe that the rest of the civilized world looks up to us to solve conflict and/or start. And we are also taught that if it was not for our Country Hitler, Stalin and the Japanese Emperor would be butt raping the entire world. I just found out the other day that Americans are called "Imperialists" in other parts of the world. An American would never know that ( or what it means probably) and would more than likely feel flattered to be called an Imperialist, even though its an insult. To make a long stary short we Yanks are taught since birth to do exactly what the Republican Space Rangers do. Concur and destroy, but act like you are holier than thow while preceeding. And to that Abu Moosab or whatever his name was, I guess that's why America is the most powerful and richest country in the world? Not to mention the fact that America has more freedom than all of those oppressive Arab countries in the Middle East. Also, the USA only has the 8th best standard of living in the world, so it's not even close to being the "best country in the world".
