I've been playing for a while now, and it hasn't changed at all. the only sound that works is The credits that come up when VC starts[that's because they're not related to audio I know. But anyway I checked my play controls[i have everything turned on just to make sure I'm not missing anything], I have checked that I actually HAVE audio[duh], I've checked pretty much everything like that. I bought the game new to make sure It wasn't crappy. The only thing I could imagine causing this problem is that maybe my CD audio doesn't work, which I will check soon and get back to. can anyone else think of something that could be causing this? I don't plan on re-installing the game, but I could if worst comes to the worst. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Girish Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 Assuming your audio drivers are up-to-date, try changing sound acceleration. Start > Run > Type 'dxdiag' > Clcik on Sound tab and slide the acceleration bar to the left. Try all possible settings and check which one works for you.
