So which friends are the best to keep? - What abilities to you gain from having different friends? I know that Little Jacob allows you to carry weapons. Brucie = Sends a helicopter to pick you up to anywhere. Packie = Gives you free car bombs. Also you know about LJ and Dwayne. If you want the features for the Girlfriends just ask.
