R3ap3R
i recall reading a hands on preview on some mag the got to play the demo,.... and they said on one mission where they had to use the rpg, thay had to fire 3 shots to hit the target beacuse the first shot skiped off the rail right infrount of niko and went in a diff direction, and they said the secion shot skiped off a garbage dumpster by the targer and it flew in a diff direction again, and finally the third one was spot on ..... but i when play wut the rpg in single or multi it wont skip, it just explodes on nething it touches.... so was that just a lie???? StanMarsh
It does happen, and a few people here have talked about it. I haven't had it happen, but then again I almost never use the RPG.

Symbiote666
It happened to me today. I was on the roof of a police station, shot a rocket down at a police car and it just bounced off the ground and up a building. Pretty funny, but annoying.
Trund
You need to hit the target in a correct angle to make it skip, a direct hit will (duh) not make the rocket skip.
CryptReaperDorian
I already had the rpg projectiles bounce off cars and glide down on the street. And plus sometimes rpg projectiles' paths get messed up and go everywhere instead of spiraling. The paths usually distort after the projectile goes pretty far. Unless I'm just seeing things I believe rpg projectile paths distort.
