Do GTA IV cars ever roll over?

Just wondering -- I been on many a reckless driving spree in misc cars and no matter how hard I try i cant seem to get other cars on the road to actually roll over and not just flop back onto their wheels.

 

Do any cars actually roll over onto their backs and stay there?

Well, GTA IV's realistic physics reflect what would happen in real life, and cars don't roll over very often, even if a much larger vehicle hits a much smaller one, rather they get pushed to the side or spin out of control (depending on where you hit them). It does happen occasionally, but it's not a common occurrence.

Its happen to me all to often, drive down the freeway/motorway, and slam into the barrier depending which side you hit you turn back into the center of the road, done correctly you flip, ive managed to get 10 flips out of this, ive cool cuse i end up turning my car into a convertible

Play Multiplayer Race. The amount of times your car will flip will seriously infuriate you. Doesn't help that idiots like to full speed ram you going around a corner so THEY don't have to brake.

it's pretty realistic.

 

cars are bottom heavy and most have a rounded aero-dynamic top, so it's pretty difficult to rotate a car and get it to stay

I landed on my hood with the Infernus. Need to find a new one...
