When the tires are popped with like spike strips or what not, the metal wheel rubs the cement, producing sparks and heats up, hence catching your tires and other stuff on fire... grantelicious Posted May 4, 2008 Author Share Posted May 4, 2008 They set on fire on every crash tho no matter what.... every crash ive seen the car hardly ever sets on fire, it normally just fails first and if it does ever catch on fire then it doesnt burn in the esact same place each time.
