Jeez, how much money do you need to get to unlock new stuff?

 

I have done team deathmatch and deal breaker so many times! when do I get the new stuff?

With each new rank you unlock more options for your player model.

 

In case anyone needs to know:

Rank 1 - 10.000

Rank 2 - 20.000

Rank 3 - 50.000

Rank 4 - 100.000

 

If I recall correctly that's how much cash you need up to rank 4.

Me and my brother haven't gotten past rank 4 yet because the bloody stats keep disappearing when we reset the game (and I mean, reset, when it crashes, when we turn it off and get back on later, etc.).

But I figure rank 5 will be 200.000 and so on, yes?

 

For as far as I know, IF you want a higher rank quickly, you should play eg. Deal Breaker and Bomb Da Base II on Hard for good cash. If you play it right (and that's not really hard) you can get about 7000-7200 every game.

(at least 6000 and 5000 is definitely a minimum, but you gotta be doing something very wrong then xD Or nothing at all)

 

So getting rank 4 shouldn't be too hard, just divide 100.000 by (give or take) 6000 or 7000. That's 17 or 15 (rounded up) games of either of those modes. Like I said, give or take. Obviously you're not gonna play that much games in a row of the same mode and you might get more or less per game, but all in all it won't take an eternity.

I dont get Bomb da base II...is it like free-roam but when you kill people you get money?

Well it's up to 4 players (dunno if you already knew that) and you start out in town with two black SUV's, you just have to get in those (or find other means of transportation, that really doesn't matter) and head to the target on the map, a driving armoured van with explosives in it, which you gotta shoot until it stops.

 

Don't forget that there's two enemies in the back which will open fire and a passenger besides the driver (once they stop those two get out and start shooting as well). And that's not all, I believe there's also 2 other cars (SUV's) with each 2 more enemies nearby that open fire when the attack starts. Should be easy to recognize though.

 

Once it's stopped and those are all dead, steal the vehicle and take it to the yellow target, and make sure everyone gets there.

When you get near the target your wanted level is removed automatically and completely BTW, there's also a medkit immediately on the left after crossing the small 'bridge' to it.

 

Once everyone's there a small cutscene shows a chopper coming down, and some guy saying you might need it. Use that to take your team to the next target area, which is a boat. FILLED WITH ENEMIES.

It's wise to land somewhere nearby the boat rather than on it, though I sometimes land on the small area on the back, where there are no enemies and there's a tiny little space to land

 

Clear off the deck if you feel like it, then head inside, you have to go down to the hold and clear the enemies there to plant a bomb at the back, and also you have to go up and towards the bridge (more enemies naturally) and plant explosives there too.

 

Once that's done you get one minute to get off the vessel, just leave by running off wherever you can.

===Oh yeah, I can recommend using the cover system while indoors mostly, but don't always use auto aim! Headshots are better and besides, just holding your fire button while standing near a corner in "cover mode" (however it's called) is easier as you know, and safer.
