Anyone have Blinding blocks and graphics on GTA4?

Has anybody had this particular problem with their Grand Theft Auto 4 game for PS3? Im not talking about freezing during gameplay and the intro or any online game play...Im talking about playing the single player story. I got my game on the release day and open it the next day to use the character Niko. when I start moving him I notice these wierd graphics start showing up either taking half the side of the dirction you turning too and lines then the occassional screen goes black. you try to move the character and even push Select Button to change the view but nothing works til it goes away on its on...

 

i bought the game back to Gamestop and got a new one. when i got home.. the same problem happened again. I tried the 12 step thing from Take Two and nothing has changed. I called Sony and they said its Rockstar's problem. Rockstar doesnt answer the phone cause the answering machine say its experiencing high volume in messages..

 

I tried to put in another game to make sure its not my PS3 and i put in Call of Duty 4 and I had no problems..it was GTA4. I havent tried the online play cause my sister computer is slow and crappy so i cant do online play.. but I got far in the game in the Vlad mission but its hard to do car chases when the graphics block you from seeing where you going and crashing into something.

 

I dont know if I got a game from a bad batch but I dont know if i should go get my money back or exchange it for another one. Or wait til Rockstar and Sony have a patch or download

 

Are they anybody experiencing this problem??

Try your game on someone else's PS3 if you can, it will probably work and you will have to send your PS3 in for repair.
