dayoyo Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 Do you mean the Mission for Dwayne? If so you'll meet Clarence again as a random character and he'll try to kill you. If you mean the Francis mission where you either kill him or Dereck then you can kill either. If you kill Dereck though Francis can give you some good Wanted Level decreases.
