blade6666 Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 When u got it unlocked u can call him and then select guns. He will come to a point where u can meet him. SirSpeirsy Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 It might be because you are at a certain point in the game where Jacob isn't available to help you as he is elsewhere or doing something else within the storyline. This also happened to me when I couldn't call Roman for a cab as he was "busy" ( I would explain busy but could be a plot spoiler ) You will just have to buy armor from Liberty City Gun Club or find one in a back alley unfortunately.
