Closest thing to the switch blade is the normal hunting knife, which you get in the beginning of the game. You can also purchase it from Lil Jacob. You can drive on the bridge then there will be a unique stunt jump. Jump it and you will land where there is another jump don't go off of it yet, get out and the gun will be there. I've unlocked the M4, both snipers, and just about everything except the DE and RPG. I just dont feel like looking for one somewhere in the city.
