mmm chocolate Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 Ok so I started playing and the autosave was already set to ON. I went to save my game(lying in bed) - and I had to make another save file? wtf? I go to GAME - in the main menu...and to LOAD GAME. now there is 2 save files...how do I delete a save file? (xbox 360) the problem is...when my game is turned on after being off...it goes to the wrong save file.(the 'old' autosave one) also..another xbox noob question...howcome it tells me to reconnect my wireless controller everytime i turn on the console? Does everyones do this? any help is much appreciated...(I JUST got the XBOX 360 PRO)...so I'm still new to it's settings etc... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
arado58 Posted May 7, 2008 Share Posted May 7, 2008 okay go to the memory thing on the xbox 360 dashboard it is at the system settings thing. youll find it. then click games-GTA IV- then click on the file you want to delete and delete it. thats what i did hope it helps! josh995 Posted May 7, 2008 Share Posted May 7, 2008 If 360 is like the PS3, then you just go to your gamesaves, or what they call it on the 360, and there should be a file with the name of the mission on it. Delete the one with the name of the mission on it that you want deleted. Be careful not to delete the wrong one! lol, I had to start GTA IV and check the name of the save file mission I wanted to KEEP just to be sure I didn't delete the wrong one! (Did that make any sense at all? ) I'm not too sure about 360, but when I turn on my PS3 from the console, it asks me to "Please press the PS Button" meaning "Turn on the controller."
