Question about regions

I borrowed GTAIV for the PS3 from the local videostore in Australia and played it this weekend because my copy from overseas hasn't arrived yet and I wanted to play it this weekend.

Now I know PS3 is region free, but when I do get my copy from overseas, will any problems arise? Will need to install it again? Will the saved game still work? Keep in mind that the overseas copy is uncensored and the copy I played is censored...not sure it it would make a difference but thought I would point it out.

Anybody know?

Help would be appreciated.
