The bear thing is a random thing that just popped up on the forums a few hours ago. Nobody has any proof of it yet. They claim that a bear can be seen at a certain time at night in the Bohan alleyways. Supposedly there are dead bodies in Bohan with limbs taken out of them, and its even reported on the radio about this and they say a serial killer is on the loose. So they assume its the bear. Nobody has confirmed this yet, so nobody can say its true. As for the heart, i heard it about it on the forums at first. I didn't know how to get it because the statue was innaccessible from the star support, but i took a helicoptor and i observed another layer on top of the support, so i jumped out and landed on it, i climbed the ladder, and i saw the heart there.
