Emergencey Cars

I am really suprised they did not turn it up a notch with the police cars, fire trucks, and ambulances.

 

The sirens sound great on all of them, sound authentic and real and they even echo off buildings, but the light bars have not really changed since GTA III. . Im not going to name any names but we all know what copy cat game had great visuals on their emergencey vehicles. I guess i was expecting a bunch of lighting visuals on the emergency vehicles, it defenitly did not ruin the game, im just a tad let down. Im just a big police car fanatic dork.

 

Oh, and i love how cars actaully get out of the way and stop when you got the lights and sirens on now.

The light bar is fine it's vector not LED like that so called non-named game . If you pop off the cover you'll see it actually spins and yeah it sort of is a letdown, no flashing strobe headlights and the reflection is wrong. (Red and blue when the light bar is Red and white?!)

or in the back of the car like near the back up light

I did see in a video.

 

What was a FBI car, which was a police package charger have , deck lights in the back window, red and blue , but i was unable to see if the front had any lights on it because there was none on the roof.

I found an interesting police car today. I believe it was at about 3 star wanted level and I think East Bohan. I was getting chased and got in this cop car, but instead of having all the LCPD logos on it, it said something like "Immigration and Patriotism Services" or something like that, leading me to think it's something similar to the border patrol or INS maybe, considering Niko is an immigrant. Thought that was interesting. I'll post if I see it again and with the specific name of it.

I saw a Patriot (Hummer) version of this, I know what you're talking about. It had that green and blue-green triangle-like logo on it. It also had the NoOSE acronym on it.

I like the look of the flashing lights on the police and the firetruck, the only thing I did notice that the ambulance only had flashing lights on the front while the back looked like it had LED lights and it didn't flash at all.

 

Also the police hummer by looking at the lightbar when I did steal one the LED lights on it looked to be both red and blue but if I turned on the siren it was flashing red and white!

 

I also saw one of those "Immigration and Patriotism Services" cars when I went through a police roadblock on 3 stars in dukes, I tried to steal one but I got killed.

Hmm, ok. I saw some Hummers chasing me but didn't get a good look at any of them. The car I found was near the water and all the other police cars I got a look at were regular LCPD patrol cars. Maybe when you get near the water, it also becomes a border patrol issue and those cars will show up?

if you turn the siren on....there's different types of sirens....I believe you can click through them.

Considering your an immigrant,

once your wanted level rises to 3 stars the immigration services get involved in trying to stop you.

 

If you go to the Francis Intl. Airport you can see the Black armored trucks driving around which are I think either Immigration Service Vehicles or Custom and Border Protection.

the black trucks are NOOSE (swat) trucks and they come at 4 stars...i have seen the hummers but i didnt get a good look at any of them.
