To shoot or not to shoot? [Spoilers... kinda]

In the mission "Holland nights", you have to kill some guy named Clarence, but you have a choi ce to not kill him when you get to the roof.

 

 

So, what should I do?

 

 

Im thinking if I dont kill him, he'll become a freind and give me missions, etc.

 

But also if I dont kill him, the cop who assigned me the mission will come back to get me later in the game.

If you let him live do you still get a wanted level? It makes it f*cking impossible trying to escape the building as your only option is to kill the police, digging yourself in a bigger hole.

You still get a wanted level, a 2-starred one. I'm not sure how many stars you get if you kill him, though. I assume it's 2 as well.

That the project building one? I killed him and jumped from the second story. Otherwise killing cops get you 4 Stars. You jump from the back to the play ground and leg it, cop free.
