Is this just me? (SPOILERS)

Or has the game had some scenes removed from the final version? Some examples of what I am talking about:

 

Remember the cut scene where Niko goes to Roman "We must fight these people it's them or us cousin!" in some kitchen then we see Niko break down a door (from the 2nd trailer), or Vlad Glebov in game beating up some business man on a balcony and firing an AKA-47 in the street. I haven't seen these scenes in the game before Vlad is killed. How about Faustin's wife at Firefly Island saying "Please no more killings!"

 

Correct me If I am wrong because I still haven't completed the game (I am quite far into it though).

 

It feels to me like Rockstar may of cut some of scenes from the past trailers out.

 

I am right that the Silenced Pistol isn't present in the game as well? I swear it was in one screenshots which has Niko in a lift (elevator).

 

I am loving the game by the way It's pretty addictive as with pretty much every Grand Theft Auto game.

Also the scene where Niko says 'Welcome to America' is missing. It looked like that was part of the last mission cutscene but had been removed.

the break down the door is when nikko and roman go into that guys house (the gay one) and he does say we must find these people to roman.
