Scharkey
How many of you guys use it? I turned it off on my PS3, it makes the game look much clearer. Is it on the 360 also?
Skyline_man
Whats the difference with it being on and off ? Does it really make a great difference ? like more draw distance ? Edited May 4, 2008 by Skyline_man

castroblues
Its either the menu where you can change y axis-auto aim on/off, or the menu where you can change the screen brightness/contrast (video?). I've seen it, but never messed with it.
Jeremy252
It's in the display menu when you pause the game.
BoopyNucker-
Yeah there is a big difference. ON = for non-HD TV's OFF = HD TV's The difference is in the name itself... It filters the flickering problems while playing the game. Look at the edges of a car when playing with it off , then look again when it's on ( ofcourse only with non-HD TV's ). You'll see most of the flickering stuff will dissappear when it is on. This prevents people from getting sore eyes , and people moaning about ' hard edges ' and unfinished colours and such. I put it on , I got a normal 55cm tv set , non-HD , Flicker Filter turned on , pushed the brightness up 2 clicks and pushed saturation to the max. This will give you AND a bright game , everything is better to see in the dark also , AND you'll get the best out of all the colours WITHOUT the flickering thing. I'm playing on an sdtv with flickering filter off for the last few days. my eyes are SORE. now I'm sure that's the reason game looks slightly better with the filter off, but i'll turn it on now. thanks for the heads up.
