High inadvisable. You can't just pick up random things and smoke them. No, just no.

Grass is loaded with chemicals, stuff used to make it grow. This is not even touching upon what makes up grass and leaves. The reason we don't eat leaves is because cellulose makes it increasingly hard to digest. Same thing goes with smoking it. That is stupid as hell.

I'm sorry but you really don't need this as a separate topic. We have the OFS which has had stupid people ask this question before. We have your "new" tobacco smokers thread which could easily have had this asked in there as well. We don't need a third topic about smoking which is only here to ask a stupid question.

You might want to dry it out somehow. It will burn like wet wood.

The answer was:

Don't do it. You won't get the buzz that tobacco gives and you risk intaking unknown chemicals and fertilizers that are used to help your grass grow green while killing weeds. If you are looking to smoke something "new" there are a lot of alternatives that you can smoke from tobacco. Hell, marijuana is safer to smoke then your grass simply because it is grown with natural fertilizers or fertilizers that are made specifically for human consumption (such as tomato plant ferts, etc). Smoking the grass in your backyard is about as smart as picking those random mushrooms that grow in grassy fields and eating them. You know, the ones that KILL you! Sure smoking your backyard grass won't kill you, but it won't do much good for anything else.
