Taxi question

You know how you can do taxi jobs for Roman before Dmitri and the gang burn down the depot at hove's beach and your old safehouse? The "job" option on phone disappeared after that happened... I thought it reasonable because there were no cabs to use and the business was "out of commission". Then roman calls and tells me he used the insurance money to rebuild the business, I can get a car service now, but I can't do jobs? The new depot (if there is one) doesn't appear on the map, and the "job" button doesn't appear on phone. When will I be able to do cab jobs for roman again?

I think it doesn't come back which would be sad. I hope you don't need it to finish the game 100%, if so the option will come back.

I wondered if there is a chance to do any other taxi missions? with the normal yellow ones like in the other games?

There seems to be no way to do taxi missions from "normal" yellow taxis, and the taxi missions are a staple of the series in the past... obviously a lot of coding and voice clips were used for the taxi missions, so why would they remove the feature so early in the game? As it were, I only did 2 cab missions thinking they would be available later on. They haven't come back yet... They MUST come back, right?

 

edit: Can anyone please reply, one uncertain reply isn't that helpful. Do the taxi cab missions come back?
