dinnyhoon Posted May 3, 2008 Share Posted May 3, 2008 Rofl, hey CH1. The locations of the random peds in the strategy guide are ever so slightly off, but not by so much that you miss them. You unlock random peds one at a time throughout the story. Sometimes though, for some reason or another, they're not there. Just go to your safehouse, sleep, and go back. Again though they are only there during certain times of day. Noone has documented when those times are yet but I am sure someone is working on it. Hehe, fancy seeing you here And I heard that you can only meet all peds if you spare everyone's lives of the people you have a choice of, and considering I killed them all it looks like I can't get 100%.
