has anybody else noticed that enemies have a hell of a heath span? I mean, u can pump a full clip into somebody ur exchangin gunfire with, and they still whither on the ground, talkin & sh*t. And some even get up. Even with grenades, you could throw one in somebodys direction, and theyll only lose a little bit of heath, get back up, and keep firing at you. A bit unrealistic, dont cha think?

Yeah, man. Criminals fighting to the end, using their last breath to still try and take you out. Reacting and dying in a more realistic way than before (suffering, trying to breathe and live on). That all totally sucks and is lame. I wish they would just stop and be lifeless. That would be more fun.

Actually, it's quite realistic. If you shoot them in the head, like right in the face, from what I've played, they immediately die. When you shoot them until their health is gone, yes they roll around, maybe crawl, get up and fall, etc. I think it's quite realistic. I think the health meter is more of a meter of how much they can take before they're down and unable to function in combat. Shoot them one or two more times and they die. If you listen to Niko whenever he shoots somebody and they're down, he'll even scream something like "and stay down!"

Only way to really tell if someone is down for good is when they cough up money. I like how you can continue to beat the corpse though.

I absolutely love the new combat physics.... So much better than the last GTA... The missions where you have to actually fight your way out of buildings is so awesome. Being forced to take cover, and peek around corners...and AIM...really AIM at enemies. Also being able to hide behind a door jam, and peek out, but still aim for someones head is just crazy...

Granted the system isn't perfect, but its a vast improvement from the other GTA's...

Criminals should be hard to kill... I love being able to cap some street preacher in the knee cap and watch him roll around on the ground.

I love being able to walk up to a strip club customer and put one round from the shotty into his back and watch him fly over the stage and melt against the wall....
