When I played it first time I levelled up to star 1 and with it I unlocked new clothing for my online character (which I used). When multiplayer was finally working again last night I played again and levelled up and was told of more new clothing but there was nothing extra to select it was as if the game was telling me of clothing I had already unlocked because it lost my previous level and I started at 0 each time.
