Lost My Level

What the hell, was playing multiplayer, loaded up a new game after i finished one, and my level has gone from 2 to 0 again. Im still wearing level 2 clothes, but the model section shows only being able to select level 0.......

 

Edit: Oh ok and now i cant level atall keeps saying need $1000
