RollsRoyceD Posted May 2, 2008 Share Posted May 2, 2008 In my opinion there was just too much hype behind it, So everyones expectations were wayy too high. People were bound to be let down, especially after what San Andreas added. Im sure since every GTA has just gotten better and better, and more and more stuff added, that this GTA would be no different except much better grafix. All in all, great storyline, but this is what we get when people want a game to be soo realistic that you cant have as much fun as you could if they bent the rules a little more. Anyway I havent even played Multiplayer yet, So im hoping that will fill the void. The story was fun, and kept me wanting to do more missions, but I miss some of the aspects of the game San Andreas had. Wish some cars had better accelleration, and tighter handling. (Vice is my favorite game) Its not GOAT its a f*cking SHEEP, the game sucks big time, nothing was delivered that was promised to us and plus all from R* who gave an interview saying the game would be great must have been coked or cracked up because the game sucks!!! Its only mission based and you cant do anything in the game without calling a "buddy". This game should be the present in a f*cking box of cereals not sold for €55. In the reviews all you can read (and correct me if im wrong) the city is breathing, oh my god the city is breathing, its live, the city the city, what about what you can DO alone in the city when you are to tired or annoyed to play missions....what about basejumping off of buildings, what about getting some dope and get cracked up tills u pass out, what about being able to go into every 2nd 3d shop you encounter....we (the fans) have been promised golden mountains off of this game but ended up with a finger in the butt. P.S. @ markiij - I own the game and am entitled to an opinion about it especially after payin te full pot for it. That might explain what i am doing on this forum. Bowling, Pool, Darts, Cabaret Club, Comedy Club, Strip Club, Races These are all there to give you something to do, if you don't feel like doing missions. Alternately go cause some mayhem, if that doesn't work well I don't know what you do. Jeez some people want the world, and cry when they don't get it.
