The game says that Niko just falls unconcious when all his health is gone, if he got mutilated by chopper rotors i don't think he would just pass out. Yeah basically just more blood and guts. Some brains flying around would be good too, maybe some eyeball poppage here and there. Oh and a battle ax that goes "splunk". It is still unmatched, and it is like 5 years old. SoF 1 (2000) had bullet holes in people and its like 7 or 8 years old. sh*t like this is what really pisses me off about the game industry. You would think that the developers who blindly miss the technologies of other games must not even be playing them. Take rag-doll physics for example, how many games STILL do not have it? I'll list Dynasty warriors as an example. This "gap" is atrocious in my opinion. Not to mention that rag-doll physic's successor, Euphoria, is already starting to be seen. I haven't seen as brutal execution scenes in any other game before (except The Punisher, but it's executions were censored a little). Niko has to pay the hospital 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS to wake him up every time he passes out then? Wow, the American health system is crap. mod it with Nitrous Oxide and chassis dyno. It would add a lot of variables if the character is still alive and trying to do something but doesn't have all its parts. Remember this is the first game released with Euphoria.
