Right outside your first safehouse walk across the street see that building Comrades Bar. Its on a large lighted sign Ad Chiropractice you need to get on the roof of this building and drop down on the sign. If you walk in the back aley you will see theres an expressway running over the building the on ramp is about 1 blocks east? get on the ramp you will be going against traffic go toward the direction of your safehouse now stop your car right next to railing jump on car roof then on building walk down make sure your above sign and drop down the just drop to ground. you may take damage but just buy a hotdog.
