Sometimes getting stuck on loading screen

Hey i sometimes join (When mp allows me to join ) a match and i get stuck on the Starting new game screen....i waited for a minute....cos when i join it takes like 2 seconds to join....

 

 

could it be that im stuck or should i wait for longer?
