Moving the hud stuff

Hello everybody!

 

I was just wondering, is it possible to move the health bar, clock and weapon, so it would look somewhat this:

 

 

(Image is photoshopped, it is just a plan how would I make it if it is possible)

And surprise surprise, I got inspiration for this from *DRUMS* GTA IV
