First question. How can I host a ranked match I just end up joining a match. I want to be able to set the levels and stuff but I cant seem to host.

 

Second You can only earn money in Ranked games correct?

 

Lastly Why cant I play ranked co-op with my friends? Co-op is for friends to have fun together but we can only do player which is no fun cause we get no $$.
