Armour on the billboard nr Nicos apartment?

There's a hidden body armour on the ledge below a billboard on the wall in the waste ground behind the hot dog stand across the street from Nico's 1st appartment. You get to it by crossing the rooves of the buildings (you gain access from the bridge exit road)

 

I can get to it but every time I jump over the edge I miss the billboard ledge and plummet to the floor. Anyone else managed tp get this body armour and have any tips?

jump on the thicker part of the wall then jump on an angle <_< just like i said in the last topic
