Well yesterday while I was taking some time out from playing GTA:IV I wrote a LONG and somewhat detailed post about what could be improved in a PC release for GTA:IV, the topic was called "Would GTA:IV be better on PC?". There were some good and interesting replies in this thread, along with another long reply from myself to highlight some potential problems and enhancements which could be made to a PC release, to make it a more successful product. It was my hope that such a thread would be a good place to discuss these things in the event that Rockstar and their parteners may see, and take in the idea's and thoughts listed there (if they care about public opinion). I had also hoped this thread would be a good place for people to approach certain problems in the game in an intelligent and polite manner. Now today after a variety of searches over these forums I am unable to find the afore mentioned thread anywhere, so now I would like to know what happened there, what did I do wrong for this thread to be removed or moved and me to recieve no warning or even comment about this event? I'm not asking much, just a simple PM to let me know what the problem was with my thread, was it in the wrong place? Was it about a sensitive issue? Did I say something about someone which was considered derogitory? Or did some mod just not like the thread itself and deem it useless? As far as I knew a forum was a place of open public discussion, and that thread was only trying to achieve such an end. Please can I have some kind of explanation for my thread vanishing, since it was extremely long and detailed, I'd like to know why my effort was wasted? Please reply in this thread or to me personally via PM as I would really like to know what I done wrong to avoid problems with my posting in future, otherwise I may as well not bother posting at all to avoid problems and wasted effort. I actually did look around for about half an hour but couldn't locate it, a lack of familiarity with this particular forum layout was obviously all that impeded me. I had topics disappear in the IV section for days before i could dig them up. I had no idea were they went, i searched pages for them carefuly, and i know i'm not that retarded not to notice the topic i'm loooking for when glued to the screen. Or maybe i am haha.
