(some credited to people on this forums) -If you go up to a homeless person and press LB/L1, Niko will give him money -If you go up to a person smoking and press LB/L1, Niko will either steal the cig or ask for one -When you kill someone and he/she drops money, not ALL the stacks might glow up green, only 2-3 of them do, so it means there is much more money on the ground than you think -Bricks, hotdogs, hamburgers, etc. are pickable by pressing LB/L1 and can chuck them are peds -People using ATM's have way much more money than any ped of the street (obviously) -If you call up your date at nighttime, they will get mad for waking them up...trying waking them up while your drunk* -If someone starts punching/shooting you, call 911 and they will either A. Run away or B. Stay and the cops will actually arrest them (they will get in the vehicle and take off) while Niko makes fun of them as they leave -Some peds remember you! I once killed the gun-dealer and came back the next day (it was a different guy) and he said' "Oh not your troublemaking ass again" and kept shooting at me -When shooting at a cop, if he dies and drops to the floor and is still holding on to the gun, it will go off So what little secrets fun stuff have you figured out?
