Pervs, spoilers

After going onto www.whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com in the internet cafe I found a map with locations of pervs. I believe I found one (or two) that look similar in the spot they supposed to be and were talking weird. The said "You shouldn't be here." and stuff like that. All of a sudden the two attacked me when I had low health and killed me. Anyways what are you supposed to do to the pervs? Kill them? Call the police?
