Oh you want an opinion... ok. I think hes Serbian. Vlad mentions Serbs several times and Roman/Niko have a conversation pretty early on and they clearly mention the Serbian language and how Roman doesnt seem to speak it that well anymore. I also happen to be a Croatian (parents moved to London as the wars started) and would point out that all sides in the war committed 'atrocities' by western moral standards, war itself is an atrocity you know?
