IN england we call "the Hood" "the bonnet" and "the Trunk" "The boot". But the tires can also be called Boot's, not the wheels, just the rubber tyres, As in you have rubber soles on your boots. Just don't bump them 'cause they stop playing. The smoking looks funny in the game. The cigarettes give off a large orange glow. In cutscenes anyway your tint may just be off.
