driving two cars at once?

i noticed that when using the two player mod, two people can drive two boats at the same time. so i decided to see if changing a car type to that of a boat type. and well it allowed two people to get in two cars at the same time. but it would only drive on the water of course.

 

so is it possible to make it to where when playing two players, to trick the game to allow you to drive two cars at once, by tricking it to thinking your actually in a boat?

for anyone that cares, i noticed that in two players you can drive a boat and helicopter at same time as well. so like i stated before can it modded to drive two cars at once?
