It must have blew thier asses 40 ft in the air and a couple even bounced off buildings. If anyone hasnt done this please do so! Hed0nismB0t Posted May 2, 2008 Share Posted May 2, 2008 Two buddies and myself spent aprox 3 hours in free roam taking helicopters to the top of the skyscrapers and then taking turns jumping off and watching from the street level also my fav is shooting a driver in their car and hearing the horn when their body falls on the horn.... The ragdoll effect there is just a work of art especially when you slam flat out into another moving car, killed out-right most of the time but its still awesome. oldman765 Posted May 2, 2008 Share Posted May 2, 2008 If you want to have some fun falling (without dying) then go as high as you can over the water and jump out and also heres something cool that me and friend do. Step one:One of you get in a helicopter and there is two ways to do this one harder than the other Step two: the helicopter then flys at you so you get hit by the blades and get flung away or for a bit of a challenge have one of you stand atop a building and the other below in a helicopter and make it so the helicopter is postitioned so that the character will land on the blades this works bette the higher you are becuase the longer you will fall. lol had heaps of fun doing this. I walked over and seen him slumped over and i was like no way hahhahahh nice! Also after u killed someone and there laying there you can shoot limbs etc and it flips em around...... hahahah crazy! We can't have ignorant people talking about ragdoll physics! We must correct them at every available opportunity by shouting it in large text!!111 Seriously, the game physics and character animations are great, it's so much fun just to slowly hit peds with your bike or car and watch them spill their groceries or mug of coffee or grab their leg in pain. Who cares whether or not it's really ragdoll physics apart from computer nerds? Timmid13 Posted May 5, 2008 Share Posted May 5, 2008 i was heading over the bridge to the second Island for the first time, when I smashed into a car, flew out of the windscreen and rolled for about 500 metres! It only stopped when I ran outta health. Incredible physics, but incredibly frustrating. Have to try it again with full health and armour, and see how far I can go.
