PS3 progression break

I seemed to have hit a progression break, I can't get an of my missions to activate.

 

It all started when I had to choose to kill D or X, and I then got a text from a mystery person. I was headed to the ? (mystery person) when D called and demanded I make a choice, to kill D or X. The ? disappeared from my map, and i went to go kill D, when I got there, I messed up and he killed me. When the game reloaded I couldn't get any of my mission markers to activate, and both D and X are gone from the map and D apartment is empty. I have tried reloading the game, rebooting the system, nothing works. Any one else have this problem??? Any suggestions?
